【連載】BAND-MAID、2万人動員全米ツアーレポート／week2

BAND-MAIDが、2022年10月9日にアメリカ最大級のロックフェス＜AFTERSHOCK FESTIVAL2022＞へ出演後、10月12日から2万名超を動員する単独全米ツアーを敢行中だ。BARKSではこのツアーのレポートを、数回に分けてお届けする。

BAND-MAID started their solo US tour from October 12th after performing at the largest rock music festival in the USA “AFTERSHOCK FESTIVAL 2022”.
Their 12 of the 13 performances of the US tour were sold out immediately.
We serialize reports about this tour in several parts.

10月17日（月）SAN DIEGO, CA　HOUSE OF BLUES
＜BAND-MAID US TOUR 2022＞公演4日目は、カリフォルニア州・サン・ディエゴでの初公演。各地で激しいパフォーマンスを繰り広げるなか、約1ヶ月に亘る全米ツアーも第2週へ突入した。



この日も完売・満員の会場からは終始BAND-MAIDコールが鳴り止まない。お給仕では恒例の、小鳩ミクによるコール＆レスポンス“おまじないタイム”にもより一層力が入る。会場の熱気にも押され、マイクを通さず生声で声を張り上げコールする小鳩に、負けじと大声で返すご主人様・お嬢様。


海外人気も高いアニメ『遊☆戯☆王VRAINS』エンディングテーマとしてシングルカットされた「glory」や「Don’t you tell ME」など、本ツアーで初披露の楽曲も演奏し、多いに会場を盛り上げた。

The fourth day of “BAND-MAID US TOUR 2022”.
It was the first performance in San Diego, California as got into the second week of their hectic US tour.

On this day as well, the BAND-MAID call didn’t stop from the audience at the ticket-sold-out venue.
Miku Kobato’s customary call-and-response ”Omajinai Time" put even more power into it because of the call.
She raised her voice and shouted without going through the microphone combining with the venue passion and the masters and princess responded with a loud voice.


They performed "glory" which was used as the ending theme for the anime that is very popular outside Japan "Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS".
In addition to that, they performed “Don't you tell ME” for the first time on this tour, and the venue was greatly excited.
